Who it's for
- Pre-seed and seed founders preparing for angel or early-stage investor conversations.
- Accelerator and incubator applicants who need a plan, model, and deck.
- Founders who already have a deck but need the plan and model behind it.
Not the right fit if you're applying for a bank or SBA loan. Lenders look for different things. See the Lender-Ready Plan.
What's included: the plan
- Executive summary and company at a glance.
- The problem, with cited evidence.
- Market size (TAM, SAM, SOM) with the method and sources shown, so the math can be checked.
- Customers and go-to-market plan.
- Competitive landscape with published competitor pricing.
- Product and roadmap.
- Business model and unit economics.
- Team and hiring plan.
- Financial projections with scenarios.
- The raise and use of funds, with illustrative ownership if you give us terms.
- Risks, and a full source list.
What's included: the pitch deck
An editable PowerPoint deck (Slide count coming soon) that follows the plan: title, problem, solution, market, business model, traction and milestones, go-to-market, competition, team, financial projections, the ask, and sources. Change the colors, add your logo, rewrite the headlines: it's your deck.
A PDF copy of the deck is not confirmed yet.
One story, one set of numbers
Investors notice when the deck says one thing and the plan says another. Your plan, deck, and model are built together, and the QA review checks that the numbers match across all three.
We're also plain about where you are. If you're pre-revenue, the plan says so, and assumptions are labeled as assumptions.
Your financial model
- 3–5 years of projections, month by month for Year 1.
- Base, upside, and downside scenarios.
- Unit economics: revenue per customer, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, payback, churn.
- Hiring plan and use of funds.
- Runway, cash low point, and the month the model turns profitable, if it does.
- An assumptions tab where every input is labeled as yours, from research, or an estimate.

What we need from you
- About 35–50 minutes for the questionnaire, plus time to gather documents. The form is not on this site yet.
- Your product, customers, pricing, and any traction to date. None is fine; the plan says so plainly.
- How much you plan to raise and how you'd use it. If you have proposed terms, such as a SAFE cap, share them and we'll model them as illustrative.
- Optional: your current deck, financials, or cap table.
How it's made
Your plan is built in a set sequence: your questionnaire answers, cited market research, a formula-driven Excel model, a plan draft, a checklist QA review, and a final review and approval before delivery.
Turnaround and revisions
Delivered Turnaround coming soon after your questionnaire is complete.
Revisions: Revision terms coming soon

Will investors fund my company?
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Investors make their own decisions. We prepare your plan, deck, and model to the standard investors expect, so your story is clear and your numbers hold together.
Do you set my valuation or deal terms?
No. We can model illustrative terms you give us, such as a SAFE cap, clearly labeled. Valuation and securities terms are for you and your legal and financial advisers.
Will you send my deck to investors?
No. We don't introduce investors or solicit investment. You decide who sees your materials.
Can I bring my existing deck?
Yes. When ordering is open, you can provide your current deck with the questionnaire and we'll use it as a starting point.
