Who it's for
- Founders testing an idea who want it written down clearly, with real market numbers.
- Owners heading into a first conversation with a mentor, a SCORE or SBDC counselor, or a banker.
- Pitch events, partner introductions, landlord or supplier conversations.
- Existing businesses that want a single page to align a team or a co-owner on the plan.
Not the right fit if your lender or investor has asked for a full business plan. Most loan applications need detailed projections and full sections. The Lender-Ready Plan is built for that.

Your financial model
- A summary Excel model behind the numbers on your page: 12 months month by month, plus a 3-year annual summary of revenue, costs, net income, and cash.
- Every assumption is labeled as yours, from research, or an estimate, and the formulas are live, so you can change an assumption and see the result.

What we need from you
- About 15–20 minutes for the required questions, plus a few minutes if you answer the optional ones.
- Rough numbers are fine: expected sales, main costs, and startup costs if you're not open yet.
- Uploads are optional. If you have last year's profit and loss statement or quotes, you can add them when ordering is open.
How it's made
Your plan is built in a set sequence: your questionnaire answers, cited market research, a formula-driven Excel model, a plan draft, a checklist QA review, and a final review and approval before delivery.
Turnaround and revisions
Delivered Turnaround coming soon after your questionnaire is complete.
Revisions: Revision terms coming soon
Whether a One-Page price is credited toward a larger plan is not decided yet.

Is a one-page plan enough for a loan application?
Usually not. Most lenders ask for a full plan with detailed projections. A one-page plan is a strong summary and a good start, and the Lender-Ready Plan is built for loan packages.
What if I don't have numbers yet?
That's common. Give us your best estimates, or say "not sure." We'll research typical figures for your industry and area and label them clearly as estimates.
Can I edit it?
Yes. You get the Word file and the Excel model, so you can change anything.
